Thank you for shopping with Salty Diver Society! This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, such as holidays or major sales.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of the items in your cart and your shipping destination.
You will be able to select from the available shipping options and carriers during the checkout process. Below are general estimates for common domestic shipping services, but please note that these are not guarantees.
Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 7 to 21 business days but can vary significantly depending on the destination country and its customs processing.
Important Note for International Orders:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Salty Diver Society is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@saltydiversociety.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Salty Diver Society is not responsible for packages that are lost or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@saltydiversociety.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
