Our Guarantee
At Salty Diver Society, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
Free of any stains, odors, or damage.
The following items are not eligible for a return:
Gift cards
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
Contact Us First: Please email us at support@saltydiversociety.com to initiate a return. Include your Order Number and the reason for your return in the email.
Wait for Instructions: We will reply within 1-2 business days with return authorization and the address where you should send your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Ship Your Item: Securely package your item and mail it to the return address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs paid on your order are non-refundable.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We do our best to inspect every item before it ships, but mistakes can happen. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@saltydiversociety.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. If the error was on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get your desired product quickly before it sells out.
